The police have alleged that the accused were supplying drugs trafficked from Pakistan via drones, in Punjab and other states, in exchange for money transferred through a hawala network from drug mafias to Pakistan. A special Delhi Police team caught Boxer in Mexico with the help of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). "The gangster will be brought to India in a day or two. He is among the most wanted gangsters of Delhi-NCR, who fled the country on a fake passport," said an officer. This is the first time that Delhi Police has arrested a gangster outside India.
